We provided Muddy Puddles with a safe and simple migration from their past platform to Shopify to give them greater control over their website and their business. From homepage to cart, we designed and built each page to encourage higher conversions and simpler shopping.

Muddy Puddles returned to work with us some time after the site originally launched. They wanted an agency partner on a longer-term basis so Radiant could help steer their ecommerce site and strategy for continuous improvement.
We undertook a CRO audit to analyse and identify ways in which the site could be improved, based on customer behaviour and hypotheses for enhancements.
We decided that the priorities should be navigation and product page tweaks, and the implementation of a side cart.
These changes helped significantly increase conversion (up 46%) and sales (up 13%).
