1. Visual Design - Our UX designers reimagined the product page for a clean, modern aesthetic users expect from a premium skincare brand.
2. Content Hierarchy & Messaging - The product page was text-heavy so we implemented a clearer structure. Core brand messaging like efficacy, formulation expertise and ingredient integrity was buried or missing, so our team brought these to the fore.
3. Product Discovery - Our data showed that customers struggled to find related products so new ‘make it a bundle’ and ‘you may also like’ sections helped customers discover additional products, shop a full skincare routine or explore the broader range.
4. Mobile Experience - The majority of traffic was mobile, but the experience felt overly long due to vertical stacking, so we updated this, with CTAs made more prominent.
5. Cross-Sell & Upsell Opportunities - A lack of behavioural personalisation meant the brand was missing opportunities to connect more closely with its customers. We added the option for post-purchase upsells and integrated promotional messaging. A lack of a product finder or smart recommendations meant that money was being left on the table.
