For Middle-Eastern brand KAYALI, fragrance is an experience: deeply personal, emotional, and sensory. But recreating that magic online posed a unique challenge. How do you help customers choose a perfume they can’t smell through a screen?
KAYALI was part of one of the world’s fastest growing beauty brands, Huda Beauty, based in Dubai, but after establishing itself as a globally renowned Middle Eastern brand, it became an independent company.
For its new ecommerce presence in the UK, US and UAE, KAYALI needed more than a transactional store. It needed a digital experience that captured the essence of the brand, inspired discovery, and guided customers toward finding their perfect scent.

✅ Smart Navigation: A thoughtfully designed ‘Shop By’ and filtering system mirrors how customers shop in-store - by scent type, size, price, gender, occasion, or season - helping them find exactly what they’re looking for.
