Open Role
Personal Assistant / Administrator
Part-time or Full-time | Birmingham, UK (some in-person work required)
Radiant is a design-led Shopify Plus agency helping DTC brands build beautiful, high-performing online stores.
We’re a small, hybrid-working team with high standards and ambitious clients. We’re now hiring a Personal Assistant / Administrator to support the agency’s day-to-day operations and assist both our Managing Director and Founder with a wide range of tasks.
This role is ideal for someone highly organised, meticulous, and trustworthy — someone who takes ownership, spots what needs doing, and gets it done without needing to be asked twice.
The position is flexible and can be part-time or full-time. While much of the work is remote, you must be based in Birmingham, UK, and available for occasional in-person tasks. Having access to your own car is a bonus.
The Role
You’ll be a critical behind-the-scenes support to the leadership team — keeping everything running smoothly and freeing up their time to focus on strategy and growth. This is a varied and fast-paced role that requires exceptional attention to detail, great time management, and total discretion.
You’ll be trusted with sensitive information and relied on to deliver consistently, without dropping the ball.
We also expect you to bring strong digital instincts, using tools (especially AI tools) to work smarter and more efficiently. Whether that’s automating repetitive tasks, drafting documents, or structuring your week — we’re looking for someone who’s tech-savvy and eager to streamline operations wherever possible.
