What you’ll be doing:
Managing marketing channels for our apps, including influencers/affiliates, SEO, email marketing, etc.
Developing personal connections with our most valuable clients.
Providing strategic guidance.
Assisting with setups. (No coding experience necessary).
Providing customer support to existing clients.
Surveying existing clients and providing feedback to the product team for requested improvements.
Managing our referral scheme.
Reviewing our usage data to identify opportunities for growth.
Demonstrating a clear ROI to our clients.
Attending industry events to network with agencies and tech companies.

High commercial awareness and entrepreneurial spirit.
A high degree of emotional intelligence.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and comfortable speaking with a range of clients.
An interest in design, tech, and E-Commerce.
A strategic, creative, and pragmatic problem solver.
A proactive team player with a 'can-do' attitude.
Undergraduate degree in a business, humanities, or related field.
Experience with e-commerce and Shopify
An ability to understand data, and convert it into useful information.
Somebody who understands what good customer service is and always seeks to provide it.
